As I started this course I was going through some things I needed to work through and was aware of how desperately I wanted to feel free and process the emotions healthily and since completing this course I have not only accomplished that, but found myself more grounded within my own body, purpose, and soul. I use these tools in a way that makes it feel like the time previously in my life that I didn't use them was all just a blur. And actively choosing to be kind and work through everything life throws at me in a day is so so important to me personally because I live in nyc and sometimes i get thrown a lot..hahah. So this course seriously opened me up to so many new tools and experiences that i am so so so grateful for and appreciate so so much!!
